1. 1-Click Self-Serve Cancellation
At UnlabelAI, we believe in complete creator freedom. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click without needing to speak to a sales representative or endure retention questionnaires.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel via two straightforward methods:
Method A:
Customer Billing Portal: Click the "Manage Subscription" link located in your initial payment receipt email sent by Dodo Payments, and select "Cancel Subscription".
Method B:
Direct Support Email: Send an email to teamwidescope@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your account email, and our team will process your cancellation immediately.
3. Continued Access Until End of Billing Cycle
When you cancel, your account will remain active with full Creator Pro benefits (unlimited cleanings, 50-image batch drops, Sony A7 IV & iPhone 15 Pro EXIF injection) until the exact conclusion of your current billing period. You will never be billed again following cancellation.
4. Re-subscribing Anytime
If you ever wish to reactivate your Unlimited subscription in the future, you can easily upgrade again through our Pricing Page with your same credentials.
